Pancakes Part 1

Pillsbury Pancakes

**********************************************************************************
Since today is the New Year.
I wanted to start the year with something which I have never attempt before.

This are the materials which I used for my pancake recipe.

Pancakes that did not turn out quite well.

Success!!

Gorgeous!!

Hunny!!

Milk.

The steps are simple, even a 2 years old can do it.

First, take a packet of Pillsbury Pancake flour and pour it into a large bowl.
Next, take a cup of freshest milk you can find from the supermarket and pour it gradually into the bowl.
While doing this, constantly stir and mix the batter to ensure that there are no small lumps in the batter
Preheat the pan to about 190 degree celcius.
Next, add one big spoonfull of batter into the preheated pan and allow it to cook for about one and a half minute.
When bubbles start to rise from the cooking batter, flip it with a skillet and let the other side cook for another one minute.

Finally, viola, you have just made your own pancake.
Serve with creamed corn and honey.

This is a great way to start a new year.
Peace.
Got to go and study now.

2009 New Year

Hey, it is me again.
It is now 3 hours after the new year.
Everything is still fresh.
The fireworks.
The cheers.
The shouts and screams.

The reason I am posting this is to tell you guys about my new year's resolutions.
My past year's resolution are not broken though.
One of them is that I will
SURVIVE NATIONAL SERVICE.

This year, I want to:

Be diligent in what I do daily (e.g chores)
Learn to drive.
Talk less.
Focus more.
More independent.
Stop being a sleep junkie.
... and nocturnal.
(This does not apply to New Years Day)

Those reading my blog, please please remind me from time to time
about my resolutions and commitment to them.
I can easily make a promise and break them instantly.

Like for example, I can promise to bring a book and forgets it instantly.
(The example given above is just an illustration so DO NOT judge me harshly.)

Argh, I wonder can I stop being a total sleep junkie.
I mean, I love sleeping.
I ADORE sleeping.
In fact, my record for sleeping was waking up at 4 in the afternoon.
No, seriously.

Alarms cannot seem to help me.
There was once when my father went to China.
I wa home alone with my bro, and I have uniersity the next day.
The class starts at 9 in the morning and I woke up at 8.30 a.m.
Here is the catch, I go to university using the public transport (trains and buses)
and it takes about 1 to 2 hours of travelling time.

Guess what, I was late.
Dang!!
Furthermore, I have to spend 25 ringgit on the taxi fare.
(The taxi drivers at Semenyih and Kajang are cutthroat pirates)

That was the whole idea of placing that into my new years resolutions.

Alright folks, gotta grab some winkies.
Keep ya all updated on my RESOLUTION PROGRESSES.
Peace!!

Reflections

Can Obama change the world?
Time will tell.

My 2 years old nephew and my second cousin's wife.

2008 is coming to an end.
Those 365 days are over.
The long 52 weeks of my life.
26 fortnights.
8760 hours.
525600 minutes.
31536000 seconds.
Ah, those days are over where what was done cannot be changed.
The only way is for us to reflect upon ourselves and changed for a better being.

Reflecting on 2008, it has been a great year.

Here are some of the flashbacks of
2008

Pretty good results for SPM.
Found great friends from National Service.
Enrolled into a university.
Met great friends there too.
Getting some cool gadgets.
Watched China hosting the Olympics.
The melamine poisoning.
The elections.
Bukit Antarabangsa landslide.
The sudden death of Heath Ledger from the Dark Knight.
ISA detention of Raja Petra.
The rise and fall of petrol prices.
The fall of U.S economics.
Obama as the first African-American-Kenya elected president.

Though there are some really sad thing that came during 2008,
I believe in remaining positive helps to overcome the dreadful feelings.

Nonetheless, it has been a pretty cool year and I thank God for his blessings on me..:P

Well, 2009 is coming up in like less than 24 hours.

Checklist For 2009
-Resolutions
-Party Sites
-Prepared Mind

Oh, by the way, all roadsters, please be aware that those sitting at the back seats have to buckle up due to the new law enforced upon us.

I should keep that as the main priority for my 2009 resolution.
That can save me from getting a traffic summon for my dad.

Oh ya, I am gonna get my driving license some where in the middle of 2009.
So, do pray for me ya.

Today is the eve of a new year.
2 years ago, my nephew is born.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU

Alright, gotta prepare for the watch night tonight.
Peace and God be with you.

Lucky

I can't seem to get enough of Jason Mraz's 'Lucky'.
Well, it is undeniable that that song is

INTOXICATING
EXOTIC (EROTIC)
ADDICTING

Yet, there is another duet couple which sounded almost exactly albeit better than the original.
They are:

AJ Rafael
Cathy Nyugen

AJ Rafael is a Filipino American while Cathy is a Viet-Thai-French
With mixed blood in their veins, it is no wonder that their voices sound beautiful.
They did a couple (Plenty, I think) of cover albums, self recordings and other stuffs and posted their video on Youtube.

Here is the video itself and I got addicted that I listen to it all the time.

All right folks, chiao.
Blogging again soon.
Peace!!

Effective Cure For Pimples

After watching this, I felt that there is no nescessary usage of creams and facials.
Just a simple pop will do.

Paintball, Anyone?

No Pain, No Gain!!!

Break Time.

I totally forgot what Chai Fai suggested...

The one in the face mask is Wei Han.
(He kinda looks like Jason from Freddy vs Jason)

Ironically, the ones squatting down is the "armies".
The ones standing look like terrorists.

Overall, it was fun, Joe.
Look, we are smiling admist the bruises and pain.

*************************************************************************************

Have you ever imagime what it feels like to be pointing a gun at someone and shoot them?
With the advance in technology, now we can do so by participating in a
PAINTBALL GAME

I managed to survive the ordeal today.
The game took place at Sungai Buloh paintball arena.

My friends managed to woo me into joining the game eventhough the fee is
RM 80
Excluding the protective jacket which costs me another
RM 7
(For rent only)

We are given a marker (Not a gun)
500 pellets (Not bullets)
And a face mask.

Then, the 14 of us were divided into 2 groups (7 a team).

The first game was to plant your team's respective flags.
Each team was provided with a flag.
(There is only 2 colours to choose from: red and blue)

We start from two opposite direction, working our way to the flags.
There was total confusion during our game.
We cannot shout out to one another without risking revealing our positions to the opponents.

Yet we one te first round of the game with tactical strategies, teamwork and better
feng shui .
Nevertheless, I suffered a few shots from my 'friends'..

The second round, we changed sides.
This time, the feng shui was not on our side.
It was terribly hard to find a good spot for cover.

Even looking over the barrier requires a massive amount of skill.
There was a funny incident where, Joo Han, a friend of mine (opponent's team) mis-took our flag's colour with his.
Subsequently, he took our flag and pierced it into the mud.
That was totally hilarious. I managed to release a few shots on him just to let go of the adrenaline.

Nonetheless, we lost the match due to lack of
Communication
Cooperation
Courage

The third match was the one life match.
Each player only receives one ammunition.
This mean that each player who gets a pellet shot will be kicked out from the game instantly.

Our team members (Me, Keng Fai, Keith, Wei Han, Jia Meng, Mun Kiat and Andy) started discussing about our strategy.

We were so into our discussion that we missed the opportunity to get a good barrier when the marshall shouted "GAME ON!!"

The scenario:

Marshall: Game On
Us: (Still Discussing)

(Pellets fired)
Keng Fai: Eh, game on already lah!!
Keith: Huh?
Me: Shit

I started running for a cover.
Keng Fai then came beside me, panting.

Me: My face mask is foggy lah!!

Keith shouting from the sidelines

Keith: They are behind the blue tong!!
Me: I cannnot see!! Mask foggy lah!! Got fog!! Got fog!!

I started to raise my left arm holding my marker while my right hand was place on my head.
Slowly, I ran into the safety zone.

The next thing, my team lost.

Later we played the headshot match where a player gets kicked out when he receives a pellet shot on the face mask.
Unfortunately, Wei Han from ou team got one.
The game ended instantly.

Overall, Joo Han was the terminator of the whole match.
He felt no pain even though we shot plenty of pellets at him.
This is due to the layer of fats covering his belly.
The pellets practically bounced off his belly, protecting him from harm.
Orite, gotta go...
Peace ya

Procastination Is Me

Another day of procastination...
Which means I have wasted another 24 hours of my life...

hahaha...
not all is wasted...

I did spend a few hours reading up on my
CHEMISTRY
READER'S DIGEST
'N'
NEWSPAPERS

Well, today, my family and me planned to catch a movie...
 Venue??

Mid Valley, duh!!
It is the nearest...

Movie choices:

Bedtime Story
Body of Lies
Beverly Hills Chihuahua
Bolt

Wow, plenty of choices...

Sadly, the seats available was not up to our 'TASTE'...
It was either too near to the screen
or
scattered (Do not bother with the Biology terms used) apart....

Left with no choice, we went to try our luck at the Garden's Signature...

And...

The garden's Signature looks good on the outside, elegant and classy...
We went in and scout around....
Guess how much was the price for one premiere screen ticket...

RM 20!!

With nothing left to do, I went and brought a packet of milk and creamed corns for my...
New Year Celebration Pancakes...
(Catcalls)

Time to study...
Peace

Curious Tales

They say curiousity kills the cat, right?
Well, today, curiousity killed the MSN Messenger...

The other day, while i was busy chatting and texting my friends, a chatbox popped out.
The message showed a website which caught my attention...
Well, being an evolving homosapein, I took the advantage by clicking on the link which I had no idea what it was..

The link brought me to an unknown website, some sort of a pay thingy which I instantly refuse...

HAHAHA... Now the joke is on me...

The next instant, the message of my MSN Messenger told me that I logged on another computer...

Wow, surprising huh.!!

Well, my instinct told me to re-log into my account...

Which was what I did the next instant...

Yet, the moment I logged into my account, a dew minutes later, I disconnected from my messenger again, like 'SNAP'... and I was booted out...

But the funny thing is that I never thought that my messenger was infected by the virus...
I thought that the messenger malfunctioned or something....

Damn..Damn...

Then, things started to get weirder,...

Friends from all around me started to pop in remarks and comments like

"What?"

"What is that?"

"Huh?"

All that left me

??????

I finally asked my friend what was I doing and she told me that my chatbox asked them to click on the link which direct them to a Chrsitmas shopping website....

I was STUNNED, STUPIFIED, AND IN AWE

that a

Virus
can OUT-SMART ME
INTO
DOING
SUCH
A
BLOODY
MISTAKE

Season Of Merry-Making

Haha. Christmas came and went in just a blink of eye....

Well, I had plenty of fun getting presents and giving out none...
Ah, shit, that was crappy of me...

Well, I did gave my paintings to my aunts last year....

Oh, this year's Christmas deco was quite atrocious compared to last year's....

Mid Valley did the circus cum Christmas thingy...

Pavillion made a huge Christmas tree using metal frameorks and a snow globe to accompany it...

One Utama fared equally with poker blackjack decorations

And KLCC came up with one gigantous Christmas tree that looked dull instead of gay...

Bad Day 1

Well, everyone have a bad day once a while...

Mine just happened yesterday....

It started off when I brought my iPod without the EARPHONE....
Damn, what was i thinking...
Frankly, I totally forgot about the earphones...

Then, the day continued with some freako in the train with really big thighs...
He was actually using up two seatings...
Damn, the train was so congested that I had to sit...

To add to my distress, I was coming down with flu and I forgot to bring my tissue packet...
I was sniffing like a crackpot in the tin tube...
SHIT!!

When I boarded the uni bus... the whole bus was smelling like a public toilet...
Seriously... The bus was cleaned with the toilet fragrance earlier that day...
(Imagine that I can smell that through my blocked nose)

Then, I have not finish up my Moral assignment due tomorrow....

Next, I sat for the English.....
(Not so bad huh...)

GUESS WHAT.....

I left my phone on the examination hall floor and forgot to take it afterwards.....
Crazee PEOPLE ROAMING AROUND....
It is just a cheap lousy phone....

And i have all my contacts in it...
DAMN!!!

To top it up for the day, I was suppose to attend a Christmas party but my dad went without me....
Because I was late...

I was pretty glad when the clock struck 12 a.m that day..

Haha, thanks for listening to my woes...
PEACE ya!!

Bitch In Disguise

Do you ever have a friend who would actually lie to you?

Well, guess what...

This friend of mine is a constant bugger....
Damn right she is...

Firstly, she is frickin dense.. Like in stupid....
To make things worse, she starts bragging about her non-existant brilliance...

Life just took a roller coaster ride...
I am constantly berated by her.

And there is her bossiness. She is damn retarted.. Like in a serious retard...
Especially when she starts bossing me around as though I am her donkey or something...
Come on, get a life please....

Well, the reason I am sharing with you people is that no matter they are friends or foes, do keep them on their feet. Otherwise, they might start to chew and eat you up.

Well, I am now left with a scarred esteem and a big mouth to criticize her...
Suck on this, BITCH
